Energy Grid Alchemy

A 5-Session Group to work with your intuition and the Moon’s Phases.

This is a series of practice sessions that activate your internal guidance in a personal process session, being led by your Higher Self so you can deepen this relationship. These Energy Grid Alchemy Sessions were created to help you listen to your inner authority, supporting actions in your life that create big impact around you.

Right now many people are working with their intuition, while aligning their life with more meaningful relationships and rewarding ways to make money. What I know about the on-going journey of trusting my intuition is that we are always being guided in many ways! Sometimes we can dismiss our inner knowing by habitually going into an “auto-pilot” mindset, especially when our nervous system is dysregulated.

Through this 5-session process you will receive support in creating a self-ceremony space inside your home, to work with channeling energy and listening to your personal inner guidance-system. You will be guided to listen to the Polarities of your bigger vision and deeper desires, as you regulate the body to hear the inner self-talk that’s an

inner-critic, bringing up fears and insecurities.

These are a series of practice sessions to hear your higher-self’s inner-voice, tuning into your emotions and physical sensations for information and nervous system responses, while deepening your relationship with your intuition.

These 90-min group sessions will be scheduled at 7PM on Sundays AZ Time.

It will be a deep inward journey, working with influences of the Archetypal Zodiac in harmony with your personal cycles and the cosmic waves, like a co-creative alchemist.

Each group meeting will have mind-body practices of listening to inner self-talk, and observing the inner narrative we have with ourselves. We’ll tune into the stories you might be replaying over and over, like a looping thought pattern. This is where you create a practice of leaning into new neural pathways that support big shifts towards what you really want in your life.

There’s a special magic in working with the New and Full Moons. It can help us know our personal rhythms, our times of creation and times of needed rest. Knowing our personal rhythms can help us plan our new projects and know when we need to take time to rest. Being tuned into our cycles of ups and downs is a potent tool that anchors self-power and personal growth in life.
